BEAUTIFUL STORM
by Megan Isaacs

Beautiful and Dark meet Soulful. LOVED IT!

When a beautiful story brings so many emotions out of you that you almost want to take a moment and step back to admire it. But then you realize the story wont wait for anyone or anything. It was simply too addictive and so beautifully done.

A love story that has so many gorgeous and heartbreaking elements all the way through.

DARK.

INTENSE.

SWEET.

ROMANTIC.

HEARTBREAKING.

SOULFUL.

BEAUTIFUL.

BELIEVABLE.

ADDICTIVE.

HOT.

STEAMY.

PERFECT.

Have you ever starting reading a book only to figure out it will not only break your heart, make you tear up and laugh not to mention blush BUT at the same time, how strongly it will tear your soul in half? Do you have a story that comes close to that feeling? BEAUTIFUL STORM is THAT type of story. No sugar coating anything. Lizzie and Noah have something in each of their characters and their whole story both individually and together would make any reader be lucky to have found their pages..

With stumble into the lives of two characters that bring the 101 element to chemistry and the HOT as hell factor during their first encounter. So it's clear to say that the inevitable falling in love with follow.. Not the typical way you might think though. . .

Lizzie has her issues that never seemed to have left her alone. A past that can only seem to bring the tainted element of darkness with them.

Noah is the type of tortured soul who ends up holding on to the "no strings attached" attitude. Needless to say, when they meet it all goes out the window.

Their first encounter is so strong and so well crafted that it meshed so well with the already addictive beginning of the story. Their personalities are different and strong minded each in their own way, with pasts and secrets that neither would love to always carry with them. BUT the way they met and how they parted only increased the attraction from a reader towards a fictional character that picks at every one of our emotions.. one by one.. until that moment 3 years later when 'fate' brings them back together..

Some say distance makes the heart grow fonder..

But did they ever mention the specifics?

For instance, how the only good thing that ever happened to you, or in a long time, suddenly leaves you.. Leaves you with a wound so deep it slowly starts to feel up with the dark and troubled past? How the person leaving seems to have left a part of their heart behind only for it to somehow always show you wont ever be the same again? When your heart beats with a small missing element of a mistake that you wish you didn't have to do but had no choice??

Noah and Lizzie meet again after 3 years of a painful time apart..

What now?

Was 3 years too long? Is forgiveness in the cards? Will second chances and apologies be enough? What will it take to restore 2 hearts to at one point beat in the same rhythm almost as if they were one..?

I can't believe this was Megan Isaacs debut novel!! It evoked so many emotional triggers that at one point towards the end or the their part of the story, I literally had goosebumps. For an author with their first ever book to have that kind of impact, I can only ever wish to have a small ounce of that with my work. I mean, honestly, I fell for Noah faster that many other male leads before. And Lizzie was such a strong character with a heart of gold despite the darkness that is trying to taint her..

I adored every part of BEAUTIFUL STORM and I can't thank Megan Isaacs for being generous in providing an ARC of a story that I cannot wait to delve back into one my heart is mended a little ;) My one only complaint? Wish it was longer..!!

Loving this story would e an understatement and that is coming from someone who despises sugarcoating anything, especially in reviews.

Pick up your copy and let me know what you think!!
